3LS Quality Management and Lean Six Sigma

The specialization of Quality Management and Lean Six Sigma offers students the opportunity to learn modern approaches for process improvement for manufacture and service operations. These approaches are Lean Management and Six Sigma together with the knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) under the framework of ISO 9001. Additionally, the specialisation also offers organisations the opportunity to improve their processes by providing students with internships in these fields.

The aim of the minor specialization is to provide a comprehensive program of knowledge, skills development for project management and training for positions in Project Management.
